I turn complex customer problems into products people use and trust.

Fourteen years of doing it, most recently in AI, where trust had to be earned first. Good Use Studio is how I do that work now — building my own products, and helping a few teams sharpen theirs.

The studio

Good Use Studio is how I build.

The name sets the bar: I want what I build to be a good use of the time and attention people give it. Right now that means two consumer AI products in private beta, with real users in them, and advisory work with a few teams. I build everything myself — strategy, design, evaluation, code. If you want to know whether my product sense is real, ask for a demo.

How I operate, in other people's words.

What colleagues say

Dimple can quickly come up to speed, orient on the most important goals, and drive results in nearly any space. She's not afraid to call out badness, or own failures. Her teams trust her quickly.

If she doesn't know something, she will work tirelessly to find out the answer. She is inherently curious… she asks the right questions and provides strong, effective feedback.

A standout contributor who combines confidence with approachability. Her ability to balance confidence with openness creates an environment of trust in the team.

Ways to work together

Bring me the product challenge you're working through.

I'll help you get to the heart of the problem, make the tradeoffs clear, and set a direction the team can act on.

Start with the challenge

Not every product problem needs the same kind of support.

Sometimes you need a senior perspective on one important decision. Sometimes you need a product leader in the work. We'll determine whether advisory or fractional leadership makes the most sense after we talk.

About

I'm drawn to work where the problem matters and the answer is not obvious.

I care about building products that are genuinely useful, earn customer trust, and create lasting business value. I know how to get to the heart of the customer problem, make the hard tradeoffs, and set a clear direction for the team.

Good Use Studio is the name I build under — my own products, and advisory work with teams whose problems I find genuinely interesting. It's a studio of one, which means the person you talk to is the person doing the work.

I live in the Seattle area with my husband and two daughters. Being a mom has sharpened how I think about ambition, confidence, and the support systems people need around them to do meaningful work.
